Sized before it ships, and reviewed before it is sold.
The order path is deliberately slower than a shopping cart. A calculator that takes a card without anybody looking at the lagoon is how under-dosed orders and unsuitable installations happen, and both cost more than the order was worth.

Tell us about the lagoon
Surface acres by cell, water and sludge depth if you have them, aeration status, what the accumulation is mostly made of, and what you are trying to achieve. Nothing is sent anywhere at this stage — the planner runs in your browser and we do not ask who you are until you have seen the result.

See what it indicates
The planner selects the format that fits and screens the lagoon against the conditions under which biological treatment does not work. If it concludes that your accumulation is largely inert, that mixing needs assessing first, or that a fixed capacity deadline makes this a dredging problem, it says so instead of routing you to a quotation.

A person reviews it
Nothing becomes an order on the strength of a form. We check the product selection, the cell arithmetic, whether the manufacturer's dose table actually covers a lagoon of your size, the whole-pack rounding, temperature and timing, ship-to eligibility and stock. Where physical removal is the better answer, that is what the review will tell you.

Quote or purchase order
You receive a written quote with the confirmed inputs, the dose rule version it was calculated from, quantities in pounds and whole packs, the application schedule, freight, tax or exemption status, and an expiry date. Municipal purchase orders are accepted. There is no public shopping cart and no automatic shipment from an unreviewed calculator result.

Product ships with its paperwork
Application instructions, the Safety Data Sheet and the lot documentation travel with the shipment. Every unit is associated with a supplier lot and an expiry date, and stock is allocated first-expiry-first-out.

Apply, and reorder against the schedule
The schedule in the quote sets the application interval and the number of applications planned, and reorder reminders follow that schedule rather than a sales cycle. Maintenance is a repeat, scheduled purchase and is priced as one: operators who stay on a maintenance schedule hold a 5% repeat-supply discount rather than paying full price each time. There is no contract to start it and none to leave — the schedule is a convenience, not a lock-in.

A manufacturer-guided, SediLogic-reviewed plan — not a guarantee.
We will not tell you the dose is correct, because correctness depends on information we do not control. The plan is built from the manufacturer’s current written instructions applied to the lagoon details you supply, and it is checked by a person before it becomes a quote. If your acreage is wrong, the plan built on it will be wrong too.
What we will commit to is that no quantity leaves here without a manufacturer dose table behind it and a person having looked at the lagoon. Dosing plans and quotes are normally reviewed within one business day. That is a normal expectation rather than a service guarantee, and we would rather state it that way than promise a turnaround we have no operating history to support.

Built for how a utility actually buys.
Municipal purchasing runs on purchase orders, tax exemption certificates, vendor onboarding and documentation that has to survive an audit. The order path is shaped around that rather than around a consumer checkout.

Municipal POs are accepted and invoiced on terms. ACH and hosted card payment links are available where a PO is not the route.
Documentation
Safety Data Sheet, technical data sheet, product label, lot-specific certificate of analysis, pack and shipping dimensions, and a W-9. Published only once current and applicable to the product actually shipped.

Payment is taken through a hosted link. The SediLogic application never handles card numbers directly.
