The 14-day window

This policy applies to products bought directly from lagoonsludge.com and delivered within the contiguous United States. Contact us within 14 calendar days after the carrier records delivery. A change of mind, an accidental order or an incorrect quantity is eligible when the product remains new, unused and unopened in its original sealed packaging, with its labels intact.

Start a return

Email Bestellungen@lagoonsludge.com with your order number, the product and quantity you want to return, and the reason. Wait for our return authorisation and shipping instructions before sending anything. The return address may differ from the address on the original shipment, and an unauthorised shipment may be delayed or refused by the receiving warehouse.

Return condition

Opened, used, altered, relabelled or improperly stored biological products cannot be returned for a change of mind. We may ask for photographs of the unopened packaging before authorising a return. These limits do not apply when the product delivered was incorrect, damaged in transit or defective.

Return shipping and fees

For a change of mind, accidental order or incorrect quantity, you arrange and pay for return shipping. The original outbound shipping charge is not refundable. There is no restocking fee. Use a tracked service and pack the product so that it reaches the return address in saleable condition.

If we sent the wrong product, or it arrived damaged or defective, contact us within the same 14-day period. We will arrange and pay for reasonable return shipping, and offer a replacement or refund after review. Keep the product and all packaging until we tell you how the carrier or warehouse needs it handled.

Refunds

We inspect authorised returns after they arrive. If the return meets this policy, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. We will email you when the refund is submitted.

Cancellations and freight orders

Ask us to cancel as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is handed to the carrier. After carrier handoff, the return terms above apply. Pallet and other quoted-freight orders use this same 14-day policy.
