Handling and delivery times, before you order.
Orders under one pallet normally leave within 3–5 business days. Multi-pallet orders normally leave within 10–15 business days. Transit within the contiguous United States is estimated at 5–10 business days after carrier pickup.

Handling time
Handling begins after payment is accepted and the order information is complete. For an order below one pallet, allow 3–5 business days before the consignment is handed to the carrier. For a large order requiring multiple pallets, allow 10–15 business days before carrier handoff.
Orders at freight weight are reviewed and quoted before acceptance. The quotation will identify the handling estimate if the product, quantity or destination requires a different schedule.
Transit time
After carrier pickup, expected transit within the contiguous United States is 5–10 business days. That puts the usual order-to-delivery estimate at 8–15 business days for orders under one pallet and 15–25 business days for multi-pallet orders. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Rates and freight delivery
Shipping is never assumed to be free. A parcel charge is shown before payment when a rated service is available. Heavy, palletised or otherwise unrated orders leave checkout and move to a freight quotation, which states the shipping charge before you accept the order.
Freight carriers may need a delivery appointment, a working telephone number, and confirmation of dock, forklift or liftgate access. Additional services requested by the recipient may change the quoted freight charge.
Delays and delivery problems
The published times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, carrier disruption, remote destinations or incomplete delivery information can extend transit. We will tell you about a known delay that changes the handling estimate before accepting a quoted freight order.
Report a damaged, missing or incorrect shipment promptly to commandes@lagoonsludge.com. Keep the product, pallet, carton and labels while we work with the carrier.
Service area
These estimates apply to the lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations require a separate quotation and delivery estimate.
